What's the payment method?

Bank transfer. Full payment or a 30% deposit before production, and the balance before shipment. We suggest you transfer the full payment directly, as there would be many bank charges if you make two transfers.

How to place an order?

Firstly, please send us your order with your detailed info (company name, detailed receiving address and postcode, consignee, phone number, needed products and quantity, delivery method, requirements, etc.). Then, we will send a PI for you to confirm and make the payment if all info is correct. Finally, we will arrange the production once received your funds, then deliver it.

What about order lead time?

For stock products, it usually takes 3 working days. Out of stock takes about 5 working days. For customized products and packing, additional time is needed. Please contact us for details.

What's the shipping method and shipping time?

The methods are based on the packages and your needs. The shipping time depends on where you are and the shipping method. 1. By express, about 5-7 days. Usually for samples and urgent orders. 2.
